A flour-less recipe for cookies, these are weird. They’re basically what would happen if chocolate icing and a brownie had a deformed baby. Weird, crumbly, chewy, but sooo nice.

Icing Sugar Cookies

You will need:

  • 180g Icing sugar
  • 20g Cocoa powder
  • Lil’ bit of salt
  • 2 Large egg whites
  • 1tsp Vanilla extract
  • 100g Milk chocolate chips


1. In a large bowl, mix together the sugar, cocoa powder and salt. Add in the egg and vanilla. Then the chocolate chips. Preheat oven to gas mark 4/ 180*C/ 350*F. Line a baking tray with grease proof paper.

2. Take dessert spoons of the mixture and place on the tray, leave plenty of space between them. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until its shiny and cracked.
