FODMAP Deit OmeletteThis is another of my FODMAP meals and something I didn’t even consider originally, an omelette. Quick and easy to make and perfect for either a breakfast or lunch time snack. In the summer I would serve this with a salad.



2 tablespoons of Olive Oil

2 Rashers of Bacon

3 Eggs

Dried Rosemary & Thyme (optional)

50g Cheddar Cheese



  • Grill the bacon until crispy
  • Heat the oil in a non  stick frying pan, then mix the together the eggs, bacon & herbs
  • Pour into the frying pan and cook until semi set. Place the cheddar on the top and place under the grill until cooked
  • Serve & enjoy
