Ingredients for the Devilled Eggs
- 12 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. white vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- Paprika
Ingredients for the Herby Eggs
- 6 eggs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- handful of your favourite herb
- salt and pepper
Devilled Eggs method
- Hard boil your eggs allow them to cool
- Peel the eggs and slice each one in half
- Remove the yolks and put them in a bowl
- Mash up the yolks with a fork, and add the Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, curry powder, vinegar, salt, pepper and paprika.
- Mash together
- Pipe the yoke mixture into the empty white halves
- Serve and enjoy!

- Hard boil your eggs allow them to cool

- Mash up the yolks with a fork add the mayonnaise, garlic clove, herbs, and salt and pepper
- Mash together
- Pipe the yoke mixture into the empty white halves into little swirls
