Lamb Stew

  • 300g Diced Lamb
  • Olive Oil
  • Celery (chopped)
  • Onion (chopped)
  • 3 medium Carrots (cubed)
  • 3 Potatoes (about 600g in total) cubed
  • 1 Teaspoon Each of Rosemary, Parsley & Chives
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


Cook lamb until lightly browned

Lighty cook celery & onion in the olive oil until soft and starting to turn golden

Add the carrots to the celery and onions, cook for a couple of minutes. Then add around 150 ml of water and a vgetable stock cube. next add the diced potato and lamb. Sprinkle the herbs and seasoning over the top. Cook on the hob for around 45 minutes until the vegetables are cooked through. If needed sprinkle a little cornflour over the top and stir in to thiicken
