Okay, to be honest, the lemon linguine sucked. Way too lemony, but at the same time didn’t taste like anything, it just tasted like failure with a hint of pain. The chicken was pretty good though, a bit dry but that’s a pretty easy fix. I’m doing this recipe again sometime soon so ill post an actually edible version, I recommend just trying the chicken for now.

You’ll need:

Lemon Linguine (don’t):

  • no

Chicken (do):

  • 2 Raw chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper
  • Thyme
  • Paprika/pepper flakes
  • 30-50ish g of butter

Method:

  1. Season the chicken generously with the salt&pepper, thyme and paprika/pepper flakes.
  2. Heat the butter in the pan until foaming a bit, add more if you want.
  3. Place the chicken in the pan and cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side, slice the thickest part to see if its pink inside, if it is, continue to cook. You can add some vegetables that you like to the pan too. Once cooked, done.
