Well its certainly not dry. You may have to adjust the amount of blackberries/sugar to your liking, i prefer mine a bit tarter so i added less sugar and more blackberries but taste is subjective. We added clotted cream icecream (i dont know who thought it was a good idea to name it clotted cream, it sounds gross but its really nice). Blackberries are in season here in the UK, so we had to do something with them all.

Chocolate and Blackberry Pudding

You’ll need:

  • 150g Unsalted butter
  • 150g Milk chocolate
  • 225g Caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 50g Plain flour
  • 150g frozen blackberries

HOw to:

  1. In a heatproof bowl, melt together the butter and chocolate. Beat the sugar into that mixture and slowly whisk in the eggs and flour. Preheat oven to gasmark 6/200*C/400*F. Grease a small but deep baking dish.
  2. Add the blackberries and mix well, pour it all into the baking dish and bake for about 20-25 minutes, with the edges being bakes but a large amount of the middle being wobbly, you can bake it long if youd prefer more crust. Done 🙂
